Anderson will be rescheduled at his request. <br /> <br />PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT (FRONT STREET AND TUNGSTON AVENUE) <br /> <br />A petition for street improvements for Front Street and Tungsten Avenue <br />was presented. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Bob Muller and seconded by Gary Reimann to schedule an <br />informal public hearing for September 5, 1978, at 7:30 P.M. and order an <br />informal feasibility study. <br /> <br />4 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />Roger Dickenson was present and requested to be notified of the public <br />hearings. <br /> <br />PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT (BEATTY AVENUE AND COLLINS DRIVE) <br /> <br />A petition for street improvement was presented for Beatty Avenue and <br />Collins Drive. <br /> <br />Motion by Dave Mickelson and seconded by Gary Reimann to schedule an in- <br />formal public hearing and order and informal feasibility study. The in- <br />formal public hearing is to immediately follow the hearing for Tungsten <br />Avenue and Front Street. <br /> <br />4 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />VARIANCE FROM SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE TO SUBDIVIDE A 7.4 ACRE PARCEL OF <br /> <br />LAND <br /> <br />Mr. Victor Mastley was present to discuss his variance request to subdivide <br />a 7.4 acre parcel of land into two (2) 3.7 acre lots by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />Motion by Gary Reimann and seconded by Bob Muller to deny Mr. Victor <br />Mastley his variance request to subdivide by metes and bounds and referred <br />him to the Planning Commission to plat said property if they desired to <br />plat it. <br /> <br /> <br />
