He said they <br />could maybe move some dirt and put in ag lime this year and next year go <br />on to the second phase. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox then asked about getting on the agenda for the next school <br />board meeting and indicate to them the problems with the ballfietds and <br />give them a fair evaluation of where Ramsey stands. It is the general <br />concensus of the Council that the school district should contribute more <br />dollars. <br /> <br />DECLARATION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY; CASE OF 1970 DODGE POLARA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Gamec to declare <br />the 1970 Dodge Polara (Po!ice Unit) as surplus property and sold to the <br />highest bidder. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />TRAPROCK COI~ONS - RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich presented to the Council the restrictive covenants <br />for Traprock Commons. The covenants were a minimum 1400 square foot house <br />with an attached two car garage and a minimum 320 square foot accessory <br />building. Due to the moritoriumplaced on accessory buildings by the <br />Council it was the general concensus to send the restrictive covenants <br />back to Planning and Zoning for their recommendations. <br /> <br />Motion by 0ouncilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to return <br />the restrictive covenants for Traprock Commons back to Plar~ning and Zoning <br />for their discussion and recommendations and be returned to the October 10, <br />1978 regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />REZONING REQUEST - CASE OF PHILLIP KERSSEN <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to direct <br />the City Staff to adopt an ordinance amending the property' located at <br />14765 Nowthen Blvd. and legally described as That part of NE ¼ of NE ¼ <br />of Section 26 and the NW ¼ of NW ¼.of Section 25=,32~25 description as <br />follows: Commencing at intersection of Nowthen Road and the North line of <br />Section 26 proceeding in a southerly direction along center line of Nowthen <br />Road a distance of 54 rods proceeding then in a northerly direction and at <br />right angles to Nowthen Road for a distance of 16 rods = then northwesterly <br />in a straight line to common corner between sections 25~ 262 23i & 24 ~. <br />then proceeding West on North line of Section 26 to point of commencement~ <br />from UR zoning to UMB zoning. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />
