O'LEARY <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph O'Leary is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a <br />field welding and repair business from his home at 7799 159th Lane N.W. <br />Mr. O'Leary has stated that he uses his home for a mailing address and <br />phone number for his business. Mr. O'Leary uses his garage for parking <br />trucks and storing his tools, equipment and supplies for the business. Mr. <br />O'Leary has stated that he has no employees. <br /> <br />For your information, enclosed are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Application and attachment <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Petition received August 19, 1987 from neighbors <br />d) Proposed findings of fact <br />e) Proposed conditional use permit <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Mr. O'Leary's request <br />on October 6, 1987. At that time, five of Mr. O'Leary's neighbors spoke <br />in favor of Mr. O'Leary's request.
