BRIAN JEROME WENDT <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Wendt is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a glass <br />installation business from his home at 16863 Sodium Street N.W. Mr. Wendt <br />has stated that he has no employees working from his home and that he <br />stores one pick-up truck at his home. Mr. Wendt also stated that the <br />majority of his business is away from his home and is by appointment. <br /> <br />For your information, enclosed are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Proposed findings of fact <br />d) Proposed conditional use permit <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on Mr. Wendt's request on <br />October 6, 1987. Two of Mr. Wendt's neighbors expressed concerns regarding <br />Mr. Wendt's proposed use in a residential district.
