'I. Plan is unacceptable to Flintwood I residents bordering <br /> the Flintwood II development. <br /> <br /> A. Reduction in property value in Flintwood I.' <br /> <br />"Extreme reduction in my case." <br /> <br /> '1. Low cost/high density housing (row houses, very small <br /> qud homes, apartment buildings). <br /> <br /> 2. Flintwood II development incompatible with exisitng <br /> Flintwood I development (the above structures border <br /> existing urban 1 acre lots without any buffer zone <br /> or open space). <br /> <br /> 3. Many mature trees would have to be removed.' <br /> <br />"Ail trees in the case of Flintwood 5th; I have a beautiful wooded/grass <br />yard." <br /> <br /> 'B. Loss of privacy/quality of life. <br /> <br /> 1. High population denisty on small lots immediately <br /> bordering existing Flintwood I lots without buffer. <br /> <br /> a. Population density of Flintwood I is approximately <br /> 3 people/acre.' <br /> <br />"In Flintwood 5th, 30-50/acre versus 2/acre." <br /> <br /> 'b. Population density bordering Flintwood II development <br /> would be approximately 36-50 people/acre, not <br /> counting the apartments. <br /> <br /> 2. Commercial and apartment property butting up against <br /> existing Flintwood I lots. <br /> <br /> a. Parking lots bordering Flintwood I lots. <br /> b. Increase in noise, strange people and general loss <br /> of sereneity, as well as unpleasant view.' <br /> <br />"In Flintwood 5th, add item (c) yard lights eliminating nightime darkness." <br /> <br /> '3. Many residents would feel compelled to move out.' <br /> <br />"I may move out." <br /> <br /> 'C. The planned development would cause a drainage problem or <br /> cause unnecessary drain pipe expense and loss of woods. <br /> <br /> 1.
