Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Request For A Conditional Use Permit To Extract Aqgregates <br /> And Establish A Bituminous Asphalt Operation In The I-1 <br /> Industrial District: Case Of Barton Sand And Gravel Company: <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that the residents have expressed concern <br />regarding the impact to adjacent residential property values resulting frcm <br />the asphalt operation. <br /> <br />Mr. Vic Bunis - 7101 149th Lane - Stated that the most appropriate people <br />to do a market appraisal would be independent appraisors and realtors° <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Sauer of Barton Sand and Gravel stated that denying a building <br />permit to someone meeting all the necessary requirements based on the <br />opinion of an appraisor is getting into legal issues.
