Voting yes Voting no RECEIVING OF PETITION FROM PROPERTY OWNERS FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATER: Enclosure (D3-c) contains a petition from property owners of land in our 1984 proposed sanitary sewer area. I am also enclosing a map from the Comprehensive Plan as part of this enclosure for your information. I would recommend that at this meeting you table action on this petition until your February 22, 1983 Council meeting. The reason being is that we should have our new public utility assessment ordinance adopted at this meeting and then you can proceed with taking action on the above petition which would be to authorize a feasibility report if you desire toTgo ahead. Voting yes~ . voting no APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR FIRE SERVICE FROM THE CITY OF ANOKA, REQUEST FOR: Enclosure (D3J.d) contains a copy of the Anoka Fire Contract and contract charges for 1983. The cost has gone up but it is reasonable. I have spoken to Mr. Dulgar, City Manager for Anoka, about the cost and he stated he would furnish us a copy of their fire department budget~ Further, we will be making the contract payment on a quarterly basis. Mr. Dulgar also stated that they are putting together a fire report which will soon be ready for distribution to Councilmembers.
