Voting yes: Councilmembers Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: <br />None. <br /> <br />Case #3: Newspaper: <br /> <br />Discussion came up regarding the Ramsey Resident and the City Administrator stated <br />that this is a policy issue and Council should discuss that at a meeting.
