You can also act to amend the ~ewly adopted assessment CASE #6: LANDFILL [A. INSPECTION REPORTS OF EXISTING LANDFILL; B. METRO COUNCIL CITY ATTORNEY TO ADDRESS LEGAL ISSUES OF LANDFILL): I ! II I! The following is hereby submitted for Council action on this case: a) Inspection reports on existing landfill for April 1983 - Please refer to enclosure (D2-g). Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have reviewed the above said document. b> Metro Council's recommendations for dealing with adverse impacts of solid waste disposal facilities dated May 1983 - Exhibit "B" which is submitted under separate cover, contains Metro Council's recommendations for dealing with adverse impacts of solid waste disposal facilities. The Metro Council will be meeting on the above document on May 31, 1983 at 7:00 p.m. in the Metro Council Chambers in St. Paul. Consequently, City Staff has prepared a comment paper on that document and submitted it. Please refer to enclosure (D2-h) for the City of Ramsey's comment document on Exhibit "B".
