All meetings <br />of the ~Organization are subject to Minn. Stat. ~471.705. <br /> <br /> 2.10 Organization Office: The office of the Organization <br />shall be Andover City Hall, 1685 Crosstown Boulevard, Anoka, MN <br />55303.
