Voting yes Voting no -and- Motion by .V, ~. and seconded bye__ to approve/dis- approve of the plat of Sorteberg's Second Addition, contingent upon compliance with the requirements of ~che City Engineer and granting variances as recommended. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no . NOTE: If you don't see any problems with this plat, you could also grant final plat approval. REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; CASE OF MR. THOMAS NEDRY: Mr. Thomas Nedry of 7501 - 152nd Lane NW is requesting authorization to operate a locksmith business at his residence. To our knowledge, there are no other such businesses located within the City. Mr. Nedry has indicated that the majority of the work will be done away from the home as service calls and that the materials he will be using will be kept in an extra room in his basement. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of this request and that Mr. Nedry enter into a conditional' use permit agreement with the City.
