Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />170. t)l ] ()J{ IiNFORCF&II*;NT RI;bIED1ES <br /> <br />In case any building, structure, or land is proposed to be erected, con- <br />struc~ed, reconstructed, altered, converted, maintained or used in viola- <br />tjon el th~s chapter, the city counci], in addition to other remedies, <br />may institute in the name of the City of Ramsey any appropriate action <br />or pr()ceed~pg to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such building, <br />structure, or land, or to prevent, in or about such premises, any act, <br />tend,ct, bu:;iness, or use constituting a violation. <br /> <br />]70.011] I)I!FJN]T]ONS <br /> <br />Certain words used in this chapter are defined and shall be interRreted <br />as foJ.] ows: <br /> <br /> 1. "Accessory Building" is any subordinate building or use <br />customarily Jnc~denta] and subordinate to the principal use and located <br />on the same lot as the principal use. <br /> <br /> 2. "Accessory Use" is a use naturally and normally incidental <br />to, subordinate to, and auxiliary to the principal permitted use of the <br />premises. <br /> <br /> 3. "Agriculture" is cultivating the soil, producing crops, <br />and raising livestock, horse and r~ding stables, excluding dog kennels. <br /> <br /> 4. "Basement" is a story having more than fifty percent (50%) <br />of its clear height below finished grade. <br /> <br /> 5. "Block" is a tract of land bounded by streets, or a combin- <br />ation of streets, parks, cemeteries, railroad rights-of-way, shorelines, <br />waterways, or corporate boundary lines of the city. <br /> <br /> 6. "Board" is the Board of Adjustment established by this <br />chapter. <br /> <br /> 7. "Buildable Area" is the space remaining on a zoning lot <br />after minimum yard and open space requirements have been met. <br /> <br /> 8. "Business Service" is any business activity which renders <br />service to other commercial or industrial enterprises.. <br /> <br /> 9. "C]inic" is any establishment where human patients are <br />examined and treated by doctors or dentists, but not hospitalized over- <br />night. <br /> <br /> <br />
