Signature 1) ~uotatJon for Storm Panels The contractor shall fabricate and install two class storm panels approximately 76" × 90". The panels shall be so constructed as to allow for removal, as occasional cleaning will be necessary. The contractor shall verify all di- mensions and provJ, de shop drawings for evaluation in awarding of the quotation. 2) .C~a~_l~te Air I,ock at ~4ain Entry to Building The contractor shall complete the air lock located at the main entry to City }Tall. Construction shall be of glass and framing mater~al compatible with the existing construction so as to not destroy the aesthetics of the structure. The contractor shall provide shop drawings of his proposed construction and verify all dimensions in the field. The contracto~ is advised that the re- lo~ation of the existing exit sign and ceiling lighting (if required) shall be included as a part of his quotation. 3) Replace Thermostats- Fire Barn The temperature controls in the City Hall fire barn presently consist of four thermostats with ~ minimum temperature setting of about 60° fahrenheit. In- asmuch as this is only a garage area and used only as such, these temperature settings grossly exceed those required. Therefore,~ the contractor shall fur- nish and install four each replacement thermostats with temperature settings to a low of 35" fahrenheit. The thermostats shall be of the same manufacturer as existing (Honeywell) or an approved equal. The contractor shall submit with his quotation the manufacturer's literature on the equipment to be pro- vided. The quotation shall include the cost of the equipment and installation. 4) Install Timer - Air Exchange Unit The air exchange unit which provides makeup air as well as air conditioning is provided with a manual day/night switch to shut the systems down. However, the inconvenience of having to manually operate the systemwarrents the instal- lation of a 24-hour timer so automatic operation can be attained. Therefore, the contractor shall furnish and install a 1 to 24 hour adjustable timer with a manual override. The quotation shall include the costs of the equipment and installation. Manufacturer's literature shall be included with the quotation. 5) Furnish and Install Hot Water Heater The City presently has an electric hot water heater which far exceeds the ca- pacity necessary for the minimal needs at City Hall.
