Based on this evaluation, the <br />Commission concluded several changes in existing code requirements for housing <br />floor areas are appropriate and recommended the following general changes in <br />Title 11 for City Council consideration. <br /> <br />1. Establishing common finished floor area requirements for duplex, quad, and <br /> townhouse units. <br /> <br />2.
