Both of <br />these rezonings were for property located outside of the <br />1990 Urban Area. <br /> <br />That the City has permitted a higher sewage flow use by <br />permitting the Party House on Highway #10 to take over a <br />Recreation Vehicle use. <br /> <br />That the City is in need of commercial development for an <br />increased tax base, resultant local employment and energy <br />savings. <br /> <br />That the City retained Gunnar Isberg, a Planning <br />Consultant, to review the proposed rezoning request which <br />report was received by the City on December 16, 1981.
