This action culminated a major step in devel- <br />opment of this plat which has taken four years to get to this point. The <br />prJma~ incentive for continuing with the development was the promise of <br />future sanitary sewer service to the area. <br /> <br />In late 1977 when the first sketch plans were prepared for the property, <br />we were advised that sanitary sewer service would be available to this <br />plat in the early 1980's. Spurred by this prospect, work continued on <br />this plat. Today it is critical to this development to have sanitary <br />sewer. The economics caused by waiting for four years makes it even more <br />~aport ant. <br /> <br />Therefore, at this time I am making a formal request for sanitary sewer <br />service to be extended to the City of Ramsey and to Flintwood Hills 2nd <br />Addition.
