Paragraph 170.031c of <br />the City Code requires that a plat be filed within a 120-day period from <br />date of granting final plat approval. Accordingly, Hy-10 Ramsey has ex- <br />ceeded the 120-day limitation for filing it. He now needs the extension <br />of time. <br /> <br />Comments: The City has been granting developers time extensions during <br />1980 and 1981 due to the economic crunch which has really hurt them. <br />Accordingly, I recommend Council extend the period to July 1, 1982 as has <br />been requested by Mr. Menkveld. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of extending <br />the filing date of the final plat for Hy-10 Ramsey to July 1, 1982. The <br />following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember I ~ and seoonded by Councilmember <br /> .~3.~i~ to approve/dzsapprove of granting an extension of time <br /> for the filing of the Hy-10 Ramsey final plat to July 1, 1982. <br /> The reason for the granting of the above extension of time is due <br /> to the current economic condition. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
