BOILER PROBLEM AT CITY HALL: We are experiencing boiler problems at City Hall. We have been in con- tact with Carl Johnson, Plumbing out of Milaca, as t~y installed it. They will be here this week to check it. We should ~e able to give you a verbal report at the Council meeting. LEASE AGREEMENT REGARDING THE RENTAL OF CITY-OWNED FARMLAND ON THE FORMER RAUDIO PROPERTY: Enclosure (D2-c) contains the lease agreement to rent the City-owned farmland for your review and action Will b~ available f0~ ~uesday evening. Council Action: Your action will be to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of Ramsey. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: i i~ ~~ ,~ Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to approve of lease agreement between the City of Ramsey and to rent City-owned farraland as de- scribed in agreement for said period of time for said amount as stated in the agreement. Further, to authorize the Mayor and City ~ %~_ ~ Adrainistrator to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of Ramsay. Motion carried. Voting yes . Voting no GE EASEMENT RIGHTS WHICH THE CITY NEEDS: request was before Council at their November 10, 1981 Council and several times before that meeting but no action has been because the Council has been reluctant to grant Mr. Raudio his request on this matter. Enclosure (D2-d) also contains an excerpt of the Council minutes for November 10, 1981. Enclosure (D2-d) contains the City Engineer's letter dated November 5, 1981 which spells out why the need for obtaining the drainage easement from Outlot "B", Countryside Estates, from Mr. Raudio. The Engineer also states that Mr. Raudio will grant the City the drainage easement rights to Outlot "B", providing the City grants him the right to subdivide the outlots listed in the above enclosure. Council Action: 'Your action will be to review the request again and the I City Engineer's report. Mr. Raudio will be present at this meeting.
