Both of these <br />rezonings were for property located outside of the 1990 Urban Area. <br /> <br />20) That the City has permitted a higher sewage flow use by permitting the Party <br />House-on Highway #10 to take over a Recreation Vehicle use. <br /> <br />21) That the City is in need of commercial development for an increased tax base, <br />resultant local employment and energy savings. <br /> <br />22) That the City retained Gunnar Isberg, a Planning Consultant, to review'the <br /> proposed rezoning request which report was received by the City on December 16, 1981. <br /> This report is incorporated herein by reference. That the report points out the <br /> negative aspects of the proposal, the ordinance variances and/or amendments which <br /> would be required to permit the use and three possible alternatives which the <br /> Council could take in acting on the rezoning proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />
