However, in other <br />areas within the rural service area, the City of Ramsey has rezoned on re- <br />quest (i.e., Ralph's Country Meants). <br /> <br />14) That said application will be subject to M~tropolitan Council review <br />as part of the City's Comprehensive Plan review. <br /> <br /> <br />
