I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />MEETING <br />ANOKA COUNTY JOINT LAW ENFORCEMENT COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 14, 1981 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />"WISH LIST" (Cont.) <br /> <br />Don Dwyer: Indicated that there is stagnation and frustrations at <br />the present'time and because of future economic and efficiencies <br />in future budget cuts it might be advisable to institute a metro <br />area police agency for the citizens' benefit. <br /> <br />Ralph Talbot: Because of budget cuts and that it is our first <br />obligation to "Serve The People" that a county metro area police should <br />be instituted with the Joint Law Enforcement Council to appoint the <br />Chief. <br /> <br />Tom Gamec: Ail cities should be involved on the Council and he <br />felt there should not be an all-police consolidation. <br /> <br />Mike Auspos: There should be a re-definition of the organization <br />of what the Council is at the present time. <br /> <br />Ray Jones: The Council should stay in existence but has to have <br />a direction to follow. <br /> <br />Otto Lind: When a new member comes into the Council he should <br />receive information on the background of the Council. <br /> <br />Clayton Hogie: <br />to save money. <br /> <br />We should find out what we can do together to order <br /> <br /> <br />
