Developer's attorney and the city <br />attorney are presently working on a performance contract. <br /> <br />C. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: This plat is presently on <br /> hold. <br /> <br />Pondvale Estates: On September 8, 1981, the council granted the developer <br />a variance to obtain a building permit prior to construction of the streets. <br />To date the developer has not requested any inspections. <br /> <br />E. Alpaca Estates: Minor restoration work and sign installation left to <br /> complete. <br /> <br />F. Meadowbrook Estates: On September 22, 1981, the council granted an <br /> extension on filing the final plat until March 21, 1982. <br /> <br />Ge <br /> <br />Hy-lO Ramses: Final plat approval was granted at the March 24, 1981 <br />council meeting. Developer has not filed the plat within the 120 days <br />required by the ordinance. <br /> <br />2. 1981 Street Projects: <br /> <br />The projects are complete with the exception of ditch cleaning, restoration, <br />minor repairs, and cleanup. Due to the time of year in which the projects <br />were started the restoration could not be scheduled until next spring. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Storm Drain Study: Last spring the council tabled action on <br />a resolution establishing the rates for storm drainage improvement charges. <br />The council should reconsider this resolution. <br /> <br />4. Sewer Servi.ce through Anoka: <br /> <br />On Thursday, December 17, 1981, Lloyd Schnelle and myself met with the Anoka <br />City Administrator, City Engineer and Engineering Consultants to discuss <br />joint sewer service. We were informed that the elevation provided by the <br />Anoka lateral would only service a small portion of Ramsey south of T.H. #10 <br />by gravity flow. The Anoka lateral sewer would, however, have the depth to <br />provide gravity service to the area of Ramsey lying east of Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard between T.H. #10 and the railroad. <br /> <br /> <br />
