I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />4) Legislation - The folloWing is submitted on this issue: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The Laws Distributing Local St. Aid to Cities - The law firm <br />of Lang Pauly & Gregerson will have their research done on <br />this by December 10, 1981 regarding the City bringing suit <br />against the State in regards to the unfairness of the laws. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Proposed Law Changes to Present State Aid Law - We will have <br />computer runoffs on this by December 1st as to different <br />approaches that a new law can take on the distributing of <br />these aid funds. <br /> <br />Summary: During this forthcoming regular and special session, Ramsey has <br />really got to stay on top of things over at the Capital to watch our <br />interests. I will explain the reason why at the Council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
