NUMBER OF LICENSES TO <br /> <br />BE GRANTED FOR OFF-SALE LIQUOR STORES AND RECOMMENDATION ON 10:00, <br /> <br />A.M. SUNDAY OPENING, ON-SALE LIQUOR: <br /> <br />Council appointed the Ad Hoc Liquor Commission to review the City's <br />present policy on the number of off-sale liquor licenses that the <br />City will issue. <br /> <br />Secondly, at the last Council meeting on November 10, 1981, you <br />asked the Liquor Commission to submit a recommendation on Sunday <br />10:00 a.m. opening of the on-sale liquor establishment to dispense <br />liquor. This report will be available at the meeting if they had <br />the time to review it. <br /> <br />Accordingly, Appendix "A" (under separate cover) contains the Com- <br />mission's recommendations regarding the City's present policy on <br />the number of off-sale liquor licenses that should be issued in the <br />City. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be the following in regards to <br />this case: <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />a) Liquor Commission recommendation, on the City's policy <br /> <br />regarding number of off-sale liquor licenses to be issued <br /> <br />in the City of Ramse~ - Your action will be to receive the <br />report and adopt its recommendation/receive report and not <br />adopt its recommendation.
