Voting no b) Liquor Commission recommendation regarding the 10:00 a.m. opening of on-sale liquor establishment to dispense liquor - If Council does receive this recommendation, the following proposed motion is hereby submitted for consideration your in taking action on it: Motion by Councilmember ~ and seconded by Councilmember to receive recommenda- tion from Ad Hoc ~ion regarding the 10:00 a.m. Sunday dispensing of liquor in on-sale establish- ment. Further, to accept the recommendation regarding this issue/the recommendation under further advisement. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no . NOTE: If you approve of 10:00 a.m. Sunday dispensing of 1-~quor in on-sale liquor stores, you will have to amend your liquor ordinance by motion. CASE #2: PRESENTATION ON SOLAR HEAT BY MR. RICHARD TESCH OF SOLARGIZER: Mr. Tesch will be present to make a presentation on his firm's pro- duct and also what his firm can do for the City of Ramsey in regards i ~~.~~~.~' Centert° providing solar energy for heating and cooling the Ramsey Municipal. Councilmembers may want to review their 1982 Budget that they adopted on October 28, 1981 in regards to estimated fuel costs for 1982 to ~~~' heat and cool City Hall. (Please refer to City Hall Activity 101- 4094 Line Item 1198, pages 27 & 28.) ~~ Council Action: No action will be necessary. However, you may want ~on this issue. According to the letter from North Cen- tral Public Service, which is contained in the Letters and Communica- tions section of Council agenda dated November 10, 1981, energy costs are increasing.
