Please refer to enclosure (D3-a) for the findings of fact and the Planning and Zoning minutes dated October 6, 1981 which took action on it. The following motion is hereby sub- mitted for your consideration in taking action on this item: Motion by Councilmember~ ~ and seconded by Councilmember ~. to approve/disapprove/amend the proposed findings of fact as presented to the City Council this date from the Planning and Zoning Commission. (If Council disapproves, they should state their reason for disapproving. If they amend the proposed findings of fact as submitted to them from the Planning and Zoning Commission, they should record the amendments to it ~here.) MotiOn carried. Voting yes ~Q~ Voting no b) Metes and Bounds Subdivision Request - Approve/disapprove of Mr. Wojcik to subdivide the above parcel by metes and bounds. The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their regular meeting of October 6, 1981, recommended denying of the subdivision of land by metes and bounds. Please refer to enclosure (D3-a) for Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated October 6, 1981. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration in taking act~o~ on this case: ~~ and seconded by~ Motion by Councilmember % Councilmembe~~o approv~e/disapprove of Mr. Wojcik's request to subdivide the 1.69 acre of land which is described in a survey done by N. C. Hoium and Associates, Inc. dated May 13, 1981. The reason for denial is based on the Findings of Fact in this case. It's therefore recommended that Mr. Wojcik follows the City's platting procedure to plat this parcel of land. Motion carried. Voting yes ~ . Voting no .
