Should Council change the assessment policy on this project, you had better back up and review all your previous projects regarding sealcoating that you approved of assessing out at 100% at your September 22, 1981 meeting. Voting yes ~~_./ Voting no · - DEVELOPMENT (SITE AND DESIGN PLAN) AGREEMENT, REQUEST FOR APPROVAL; CASE OF JAMES REFRIGERATION: Background Information: This was tabled at the last Council meeting, as Council wanted to review the sign that would be used to advertise their business establishment. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-b) contains the following documents for Council review in acting on this case: a) Page 8 of Council minutes dated September 22, 1981 (Please refer to enclosure A-8 of this Council agenda.) b) Sign design advertising business c) Development Contract d) Letter dated October 2, 1981 from Mr. Albert_to City of Ramsey Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove or amend the Agreement that is contained in enclosure (D2-b) above.
