I
!

i
I
i
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
i
I
I

CASE #3:

Motion by Counc~lmember
. "'' Lr [3'' [}..~> =~ .-~y and seconded by
Councilmembem j/~j~'~/~ to appro-ve~/disapprove of gmanting
the six (6) month extension of time for the following reason(s):

(If you disapprove, you should state why you're .disapprOving
this request.) Further, that Mr. Ronald Petrucci be notified
by letter of Council action.

Motion carried. Voting yes
'Voting no .

TAXING OF WES BULEN'S LAND IF IT WERE A GOLF COURSE:

Enclosure (D3-c) contains the City Assessor's memo dated September
8, 1981, to the City Administrator regarding the approaches Hennepin
County and Sherburne County Assessors take in assessing golf courses.
It seems that oum County Assessor's office does not care to recognize
cemtain things when they look at the valuation of a golf course. As
Anoka County Assessor's office told Lester and Wes, the taxes would be
in excess of $20,000 if he were to go ahead with his project.

Council Action: I think Council is really going to have to discuss
this issue with oum County Commissioner Ed Fields.
