Should any utility company indicate that they want to upgrade, replace and/or otherwise modify <br />their services during this project, any such upgrades, replacements and/or modifications will be <br />at the sole discretion and cost to the private utility. <br />4.6 Permits <br />Permits that are anticipated to be required as part of the proposed improvements include: <br />• MPCA General Stormwater Permit (NPDES) <br />• LRRWMO Stormwater Permit <br />4.7 Right-of-Ways/Easements <br />It is anticipated that all improvements will occur within existing City right-of-ways and/or <br />easements.
