This document will need to be recorded against the affected property or properties as outlined in the <br />Development Agreement for Woodlands 1st Addition (and carried over to the Development Agreement for Woodlands <br />2nd Addition). <br />Sheet 8.2 <br />• Add Ped Ramp detail for trail connection to Traprock Street NW. <br />Landscape Plan <br />• Provide a full size copy of the Landscape Plan prepared by Anderson Passe & Associates, dated June 30, 2015. <br />Temporary Drainage, Utility, and Roadway Easement <br />• The accompanying exhibit for this easement must be amended to reflect 159th Ave NW rather than 160th Ave NW. <br />
