1) They will be allowed a maximum of three (3] dogs and the <br />dogs will be housed within the homes during the evening. <br /> <br />2) The Conditional Use Permit will carry a stipulation that <br />if any complaints are received concerning the kennel operation <br />the City reserves the right to cancel the Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 7-0. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN FEE DEPOSIT AMOUNT <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson said that the deposit is used on an escrow basis and <br />is an account that is drawn on as needed in review of the cases. <br /> <br />Discussion was held with Engineer Raatikka as to his time involved in <br />review of these cases. <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka said'it amounts to about three hours for each one. <br />Ron West questioned iflthe developer had to present a certified site <br />plan. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on the amount of the deposit to be required. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairman Peterson and seconded by Ben Deemer to use the pro- <br />posed site plan and design plan approval ordinance as a policy guide- <br />line for the commercial and industrial site plan review until it is <br />formally adopted and is to be used by the staff and final plans will <br />be reviewed by the City Engineer not the sketch plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 7-0. <br /> <br />Art Duma commented regarding the site plan ordinance changes. He noted <br />that there should be a period in the third sentence from the bottom of <br />the page after the word usage. <br /> <br />Motion by Art Dunn seconded by Kathleen Schneider to defer action on <br />the site plan/design plan ordinance until September 18, 1979. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 7-0 <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson said that the Commissioners are to bring their material <br />regarding this matter to the next work shop meeting and that it will <br />be presented to Council for approval on September 24, 1979. <br /> <br />ALPACA ESTATES SKETCH PLAN <br /> <br />Mr. Jeff Caine, Surveyor from Caine & 0'Malley, was present with the <br />people from Alpaca Estates. <br /> <br /> -4- <br />Regular P & Z Meeting - 9-4-79 <br /> <br /> <br />
