The Elms 81 apartments
Once considered the
neighborhood's worst "problem"
property, Aeon renovated the
building and transformed its
reputation. Now it provides
efficiency and one -bedroom
apartments for people with very
low incomes.
The Maryland 79 apartments
Aeon purchased The Maryland in
2011 and preserved it as affordable
housing. Located in downtown
Minneapolis, The Maryland has 79
apartment homes for very low, low
and moderate income levels.
Renaissance Box 70 apartments
Aeon transformed this vacant,
historic warehouse in downtown
St. Paul into a vibrant residential
building. It provides high -quality,
affordable apartment homes for
individuals and households earning
low to moderate incomes.
St. Barnabas Apartments &
The Summit
52 apartments
Aeon renovated this downtown
Minneapolis hospital building to
create 39 apartments for
homeless youth and 13 for
working adults.
The Heritage 16 apartments
This 1880s building had been
gutted by fire when Aeon began
renovations. One section once
was the childhood home of oil
magnate John Paul Getty. This
beautifully renovated, historic
building now provides efficiencies
for formerly homeless individuals.
Paige Hall 69 apartments
Aeon's purchase of Paige Hall
ensured that Elliot Park could
retain its residential
character as downtown
Minneapolis extended its
commercial space. It provides
homes to those with very low
incomes.
Ripley Gardens 52 apartments
A redevelopment of the historic
Ripley Memorial Hospital, Ripley
Gardens provides 52 rental units
and eight town home ownership
opportunities for households at
very low, low and moderate
income levels.
The Wellstone 49 apartments
The Wellstone is the third phase of
the South Quarter development, a
partnership of Hope Community
and Aeon that helps transform the
once blighted intersection into a
vibrant place to live and work.
The Jourdain 41 apartments
The Jourdain is the second phase
of the South Quarter
development — a
partnership of Hope
Community, Inc., and Aeon —
that brings housing and
commercial space to a high -
traffic intersection.
Phillips ReDesign
89 apartments
Aeon stepped into a failing
scattered -site development
initiated by another nonprofit
and worked for two years to
rehabilitate and refinance four
clusters of housing in the
Phillips neighborhood.
The Roselle 67 apartments
This building in the Elliot Park
Neighborhood was condemned
and close to being demolished
when Aeon purchased it. Aeon
renovated it to provide 67 one -
bedroom and efficiency units.
The Lamoreaux 73 apartments
The Lamoreaux was a vacant
boarded building when Aeon
transformed it. Now, Aeon has
added three additional stories,
adding critically needed, single -
room dwellings for downtown
Minneapolis workers.
Pine Cliff Apartments
30 apartments
Aeon acquired this dilapidated
building and quickly began
renovation to ensure it remained
affordable housing. Windows and
common spaces were added and
boundaries between public and
private spaces were better defined.
Sienna Green 170 apartments
Located in Roseville, Sienna
Green is Aeon's second suburban
development. Formerly known as
Har Mar Apartments, Aeon
established this property as a
sustainable and replicable model
for revitalizing aging housing and
building new.
The Landing 54 apartments
Located in Chaska, Minnesota, The
Landing was opened in 2014 to
provide affordable one -bedroom
apartments to seniors, age 62 and
older.
The Rose 90 apartments
(Opening Fall 2015)
The Rose is the fourth and final
phase of the South Quarter develop-
ment. By embracing the framework
for the Living Building Challengem,
The Rose will transform the process
of developing cost-effective, sustain-
able, affordable living.
90I North 3rd Street, Suite 150, Minneapolis, MN 55401 • (612) 341-3148 • FAX (612)341-4208
