The development is the <br />second phase of the transformation at Sienna Green. <br />Sienna Green is located at the corner of Snelling <br />Avenue North and Highway 36, in the heart of <br />Roseville's shopping and entertainment area, which <br />provides residents convenient access to existing <br />transportation and employment opportunities. <br />The development cost for Phase II of Sienna Green <br />was $12,670,229. <br />Sienna Green Phase II offers quality apartments for a <br />range of households offering affordable apartment <br />homes for individuals and families earning low to <br />moderate incomes and people transitioning from <br />homelessness. <br />Impact The transformation of Sienna Green will have a <br />positive impact on the Roseville community by: <br />• Transforming an existing surface parking lot into <br />a vibrant apartment community that connects <br />Roseville's workforce to employment <br />opportunities and amenities <br />• Creating larger affordable apartments to meet the <br />demand for family housing, allowing families to <br />remain in the community, which helps stabilize <br />school enrollment and provide broader housing <br />options for families <br />• Enhancing the city's existing infrastructure by <br />creating sidewalks and a more pedestrian friendly <br />area <br />• Aligning with the Roseville Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority's efforts to preserve <br />and create housing for all income levels <br />Affordability Sienna Green II offers one-, two- and three -bedrooms <br />apartments that are affordable to households earning <br />50% or less of the area median income (AMI).
