He suggested
they check into something like f±berglas. Also to be sure that it is far enough
away from the water supply.

Motion by Gerald Zinrnerman, seconded by Kathy Schneider to reconxnend that
the City Council grant approval of the Conditional Use permit for Jotm and Gail Taylor
to operate a private dog kennel at their residence, 5510 156th Lane N.W., provided
they adhere to the conditions of the City ordinance governing such conditional uses
and that they limit the amotmt of dogs on their premises to a nmxim~ of 3 to 5
dogs at one time. It is also reconmmnded that something other than steel waste
containers be used for waste disposal and that the inside drain during the Winter
will be used for final cleanup only and per the City Attorney's recomrendation,
that if they are found to be conducting a business, that they will be required to
obtain a license for said business and if they cannot obtain a license that this
conditional use permit may be cancelled.
Motion carried. 5 - 0.

Item No. 4 DON GREENBERG'S PROPOSED ADDITION TO THE GARAGE REGARDING SCREENING

Mr. Greenberg appeared before the P & Z Comission and presented his proposed
addition to his garage on the corner of County Road 57 and Highway 10o The
addition is to be 70 X 169.4 feet. Mr. Greenberg conrnented regarding the
screening , he said originally he was to have a steel fence between his
business and the trailer court but there was some discrepancy as to the
location of the property li~e, they still don't know where it is. The owner of
the trailer court has indicated to Mr. Greenberg that the wooden fence looks
better than a steel fence ~uld.
