Review File: Rum River on the Green <br />Sketch Plan/Final Plat/Easement Vacation Request <br />April22, 2016 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Sketch Plan <br />• A scale must be added to the Sketch Plan. <br />• Lowest floor elevation shown is 965 feet, this must be corrected (it appears that it should state 865 <br />feet). <br />• Tree save fencing should be indicated on the Sketch Plan along the limits of tree clearing and notes <br />should be added that the fencing shall be installed at no closer than the dripline of a tree or group <br />of trees. <br />Final Plat <br />• All existing drainage and utility easements should be removed from the Plat as they will all be <br />vacated, contingent upon recording of the Final Plat; the Final Plat should only identify drainage <br />and utility easements being dedicated to the public as part of the Plat. <br />
