As part of the transaction, the City is to convey title to Lot 2, <br />Block 1, Sunfish i,ake Business P:trk Second Addition to Rotary Systems, Inc. The officers, Walt Rickard and Wayne Miller, <br />o{' Rum River l)elital Properties, Li ~C would like to transfer the property and all the rights and <br />the dcvclopnaont ~grcemcnt to thc new entity which they are party to. The development <br />agreement and the ~.crms of the agrccme, nt must be transferred to the new entity to guarantee that <br />tiao City receives lite incren~ent necessary to fulfill the financial obligations of the development <br />agreement. An As:qumption Agree~aent executed by Rum River Dental Creations, LLC, Miller <br />P, ickard Ih'opcrtics, LLC, tim City of Ramsey would effectively transfer the development <br />agreement lo thc new enlity.
