Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Jeffrey, Brauer and Shepherd. <br />Voting No: None. He stated his view is that while a mixed <br />use may ultimately be appropriate gi ve~ the location and proximity to the wayside rest, he would <br />not be inclincd lo approve at this time, but would be open to the request with an appropriate <br />project. <br /> <br />Commissioner llrat~cr agreed.
