F/aM Design will b~: based on the Preliminary Layout provided to TKDA on <br /> Mny 10, 2004, and ~ypJcal section similar to the City's 2004 Ramsey Boulevard <br /> project. <br /> <br />2. Basemap provided i)y the OWNER will include inplace tope features, inplace <br /> gmundline DTM~ i~'~place public utilities, and inplace right-of-way. <br /> <br />3. Stmmwate~ ponds Cesigned for the Town Center development and storm sewer <br /> installed under the 2004 City Project have been sized to accept all stormwater <br /> from this proposed CSAH 83 reconstruction. <br /> <br />III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />If authorized by you, we will fm'ni:4h or obtain from others Additional Services of the types listed <br />below which are trot considered as basic services under this Proposal. Additional Services shall <br />be billable on an Hourly Rate basis as defined in Article 3 of the General Provisions, and such <br />billings shall be over and a bose an¢ maximum amounts set forth in this Proposal. <br /> <br />A.
