The Grantee has ~n obligation under this grant agreement to share in the costs of the landfill abatement project. The grantee has agreed to provide SO lot:al cash match and $7,A56.00 in-kind match during the grant agreement ~)eriod, in accordance with the Council's Metropolitan Landfill Abateme)lt Fund Grant and Loan Program Guidelines, Council Publication No. S22~86-051. Gm In no event will the Council's obligation under this agreement exceed the total grant amount. III. Accountin~ '[he Grantee agrees to establish and maintain accurate and complete, separate accounts and records relating to the receipt and expenditure of any and all grant funds, local cash and in-kind matching funds, for the project as set forth in Appendix A. These project accounts and records shall be retained by the Grantee for at least a period of three years from the expiration of this agreement. The above accounts and records of the Grantee shall be audited in the same manner as all other accounts ~nd records of the Grantee are audited, and may be audited, copied and/or inspected on Grantee's prem- ises or otherwise by individuals or organizations designated and authorized by the Council at any time following reasonable notifica- tion during the grant period and for a period of three years following the grant payments, IV. .R_~,or ts During and following completion of the activities, and at such times as may be requested by the Council, the Grantee shall provide the Council with the following reports: Project Progress Reports (4); Expenditure Reports (2); Narrative Report on Results of the Project (1); and Evaluation Report (1). Al'i reports shall be made on forms provided by the Council. The Grantee agrees to fill out all report forms completely and to provide the Council with any additional or follow-up information as may be requested by the Council. Th(?
