That the water level o:i Lake itasca is approximately 870 feet. <br /> <br />22, That a southerly borin~ o~ the subject property shows a water level of <br />867.5 feet and the nort:her[iy boring shows a water level of 870.9 feet. <br /> <br />23° That the Departmen. t of Natural Resources has reviewed the conditional <br />use permil: ~pplication ~nd has found that there appears to be an <br />impermeable layer separati~g ~2he sand aquifers approximately 50-60 feet <br />beneath the ground on. the site and that the proposed lake should have <br />little or ~.~o impact o~ wat~r 7~.evels in Lake Itasca. <br /> <br />24° That the proposed lake wi],l be harmonious with, and in accordance with, <br />the object:ives of the Cindy's Comprehensive Plan in that it will be <br />preserving open space and ~.~ncouraging additional wildlife habitat. <br /> <br />25° That the proposed lake wi].l be consistent with the intended purposes of <br />the Zoning Ordinance in theft it will create additional open space within a <br />planned unit development~ <br /> <br />26~ That a~ e~vironmental ~mpact statement was completed for the l~orthfork <br />P.U.D. including the propo~ed lake in accordance with specifications of <br />the Environme~tal Quality ~.oard. <br /> <br />-2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
