That on July 15~ 198,~ the Ramsey City Council found that the <br />environmental impact state.aent for the Northfork P.U.D. was adequate in <br />accordance with Env~ronmen~al Quality Board guidelines. <br /> <br />28. That upo~ completion, ~he man-made lake shall be under the control of <br />North Fork, ~nCo as it wil~ be a privately owned lake. <br /> <br />29.
