These indicators will provide the objective measures that hold the Council and the region <br />publicly accountable for the housing goals, strategies, and policies in this plan. While <br />personal stories should supplement these indicators, their objective nature can provide <br />an initial assessment of the success of this plan's housing policies and inform a richer <br />conversation about our progress (or lack thereof) in meeting the region's serious housing <br />challenges.
