In summary, the goals of the HHW collection program <br />are: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />To provide safe, efficient collection of hazardlous <br />wastes. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />To provide the service to as many Minnesota <br />citizens as possible. <br /> <br />To manage the collected wastes in such a way that <br />costs and liabilities are reduced by emphasizing <br />that there is a hierarchy of waste management <br />methods.
