A paint exchange <br />center is proposed to be initiated in conjunction with <br />the household hazardous waste collection day. <br />Dependent cn the acceptance and participation in the <br />single day collection, an on-going program may be <br />proposed if it appears feasible, if it appears that <br />this program would be unsuccessful, the costs would be <br />limited to the costs of properly disposing of the paint <br />products.
