375:117, Subdo 3(c)(2)(F) (Rev. 1983) The Planntng Co~ntsslon shall constder the Development's compliance wtth all applicable Ordinance l)evelopment Regulations and posstble adverse effects of the proposed develol~nent. Its Judgement $hall be based upon (but not be ltmtted to) the following factors: The proposed development has been considered tn relatton to the spectftc poltcles and provisions of and has been found to be consistent wtth the offtctal Ctty Comprehensive Land Use Plano (tt) The proposed use ts or wtll be compatible wtth present and future land uses of the area. (ttt) The proposed use conforms with all perfon~ance standards contained herein. (tv) The proposed use wt11 not tend to or actually depreciate the area-tn whtch tt ts proposed. (v) The proposed use can be acco~odated wtth extsttng publlc servtces and wtll not overburden the City's service capacity. The P)anntng Gommtsston a~nd Ctty Staff shall' ha~e the authority to request additional Information fro~ the applicant concerning operational factors or to retatn expert testimony wtth the consent and at the expense of the applicant concerning operational factors; said Information to be declared necessary to establish perYormance conditions tn relatton to all pertinent sections of this Ordinance. (H) The Planntng C~mtsston shall make a recommendation of approval or denlal on the Ftnal Site Plan to the Ctty Counctl wtthtn sixty (60) days of the date of the tntttal Planntng CoaBtsston ~eeting at whtch the case was heard. The Planntng Conetssion shall recommend such actions or conditions relattng to the request as they deem necessary to carry out the intent and purpose of this Ordinance. Such recommendation shall be in writing and be accompanied by the report and recommendation of the City Staff.
