Voting No.- None. <br /> <br />Reguest For A Conditional Use Permit To Extract Agqreqates <br /> A~d Establish A Bituminous Asphalt Operation In The I-1 <br /> IDdustrial District: Case Of Barton Sand And Gravel Com_Danyl <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that the residents have expressed concern <br />regarding the impact to adjacent residential property ~mlues resulting frem <br />the as~t operation. <br /> <br />Mr. Vic Bunis - 7101 149th Lane - Stated that the most appropriate people <br />to do a market appraisal would be independent appraisors and realtors. <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Saner of Barton Sand and Gravel stated that denying a building <br />permit to someone meeting all the necessary requirements based on the <br />opinion Of an appraisor is getting into legal issues.
