If the City requests, the Environmental Department will research the
business and what is kept in their trailers.

Mayor Gamec asked if Jerry Streich has the authority to check the storage for flammable
COllCerllS.

Public Works Director Kapler responded in the affirmative.

Councihnember Kurak asked what the applicant does and what can be expected in the boxes.

Community Development Director Frolik replied as she understands, it is equipment that is used
on site, and when a project is finished it would come back to this site.

Motion by Councihnember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Resolution #04-
06-162 adopting Findings of Fact #0679 relating to an interim use permit request for outdoor
storage as a principal use on the subject property zoned E-1 Employment.

Motion carried.
