The implications of a grade-separated crossing on the road's
intersection with TH 10. Some alternatives would require a glade-

4. The implications of the required right-of-way on property acquisition.

Because of the cost, it is rec~,,~nded that only one grade-separat~5_
crossing be supplied.

For service to the study area, CR 56 (Ramsey Boule) is a prime
candidate. PTovisions for a grade separation bet-ween CR 56 and the railroad
sh=dld be ~ in detail. ~ ~.~uuoe between th~ fail, road and T'H 10
does nc~ appear sufficient to bring the road fi-c~ an elevation over the
railroad dc~n to the level of TH 10 with a safe gradient ar~ adequate sight
distance. Provisions should therefore be considered for a grade separation
to be provided between CR 56 and TH 10 as well as the grade separation with
the railroad. 5his has implications on the location of the frontage road
scu~du of TH 10. In the vicinity of CR 56, the south frontage road will have
to be located sufficiently far sc~th of TH 10 to provide for the elevated CR
56 to be graded to meet the frontage road with safe gradients and adequate
sight d/stance over the vertical curves.

An alternative location for a grade-separated crossin~ of.the railroad is at
CR 83 (Arm_=t_~ong Boulevard).
