4.08: Adopt Resolution #16-08-148 Authorizing Final Payment to Douglas -Kerr Underground, <br />LLC for IP 15-21 Ridge Point <br />4.09: Adopt Resolution #16-08-149 Authorizing Partial Payment to Douglas -Kerr <br />Underground, LLC for IP 16-00; Division C Andrie Street and 164th Lane Reconstruction <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers LeTourneau, Johns, Kuzma, <br />Riley, and Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Williams. <br />5. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Shryock, Johns, Kuzma, <br />LeTourneau, and Riley. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Williams. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing to Consider Request for a 3.2% On -Sale Liquor License; Case of <br />Paint and Pallet LLC, Located at 9457 Highway 10 NW <br />Presentation <br />City Clerk Thieling reviewed the staff report and recommendation to approve the 3.2 percent on - <br />sale liquor license for Paint and Pallet. Ms. Thieling pointed out that Paint & Pallet does not <br />intend to sell liquor, but needed to go through this process in order to apply to the State of <br />Minnesota for a Consumption and Display Permit which is what is necessary to allow clients to <br />bring alcoholic beverages to the class with them. <br />Chayna Hamre, owner of Paint and Pallet, stated that her business is similar to a canvas and wine <br />class business except for this is wood pallet signs that are completed. She has been asked by <br />clients to be able to bring in food and beverages. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Strommen called the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, Johns, <br />LeTourneau, and Shryock. Voting No: None.
