The public hearing was closed at 7:20 p.m. Council Business Councilmember LeTourneau stated that he is familiar with this style of business which is fun and innovative. He stated that he has not heard any concerns regarding this style of engagement and therefore does not feel that there is a great risk to granting this liquor license. He stated that he would support this request. Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to approve a 3.2% On -Sale Liquor License for Paint and Pallet LLC, located at 9457 Highway 10, Ramsey, Minnesota. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers LeTourneau, Riley, Johns, Kuzma, and Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Williams. 6.02: Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution #16-08-143 Vacating Portions of Drainage and Utility Easement on Outlot A, A.E.C. Energy Park 4th Addition; Case of Anderson Dahlen Presentation Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to adopt Resolution #16-08-143 vacating a portion of drainage and utility easement on Outlot A, A.E.C. Energy Park Fourth Addition, contingent upon successful recording of the plat known as Knoll Properties. He stated that the easement vacation is needed to accommodate a significant building expansion by the applicant and sufficient easement area will be retained as new drainage and utility easement will be dedicated with the recording of the Knoll Properties plat. Public Hearing Mayor Strommen called the public hearing to order at 7:23 p.m. Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Shryock, Johns, Kuzma, and LeTourneau.
