The public hearing was closed at 7:20 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Councilmember LeTourneau stated that he is familiar with this style of business which is fun and <br />innovative. He stated that he has not heard any concerns regarding this style of engagement and <br />therefore does not feel that there is a great risk to granting this liquor license. He stated that he <br />would support this request. <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to approve a 3.2% <br />On -Sale Liquor License for Paint and Pallet LLC, located at 9457 Highway 10, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers LeTourneau, Riley, Johns, <br />Kuzma, and Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Williams. <br />6.02: Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution #16-08-143 Vacating Portions of <br />Drainage and Utility Easement on Outlot A, A.E.C. Energy Park 4th Addition; Case <br />of Anderson Dahlen <br />Presentation <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br />adopt Resolution #16-08-143 vacating a portion of drainage and utility easement on Outlot A, <br />A.E.C. Energy Park Fourth Addition, contingent upon successful recording of the plat known as <br />Knoll Properties. He stated that the easement vacation is needed to accommodate a significant <br />building expansion by the applicant and sufficient easement area will be retained as new <br />drainage and utility easement will be dedicated with the recording of the Knoll Properties plat. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Strommen called the public hearing to order at 7:23 p.m. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Shryock, Johns, <br />Kuzma, and LeTourneau. Voting No: None.
